We send the order to the postal address you indicate, as long as the destination is in continental Europe or the Balearic Islands. We do not deliver to PO boxes. The shipping time will be between 2-3 business days.
If you already know that you will not be at home, you can pick up your order at any UPS Access collection point. The delivery time should be 2-3 business days.
Our goal is to make sure you receive your order as soon as possible.
Once your order has been processed correctly, the warehouse will process it the same day as long as it is placed on a working day before 8:00pm.
The estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
Shipping times in high volume periods like Christmas or Black Friday: deliveries may take between 3 and 5 days.
To guarantee that your order arrives on or before December 24th, kindly place your order no later than 2.00pm on December 19th. (In the case of the Balearic Islands on December 18th before 2:00 p.m.).
For Black Friday, we inform you that deliveries will be made between 3 and 5 days.
We inform you that any change of address after shipment will not be possible. Please contact the courrier for more information.
You can track your order from Track shipment
If you have created an account with us, you can verify by accessing My Account> Orders, where you will find the information related to the order and a link to follow up. The tracking information will appear once the order has left our warehouse.
The invoice will not be included inside the package at the time of delivery.
If you want the invoice for your order go to My Account> Orders, there you will find all the invoices corresponding to your orders.
